Trial
Positive: The added length was fun for the wife as she had multiple orgasms. Stayed on fairly well, didn't use lube just wifes natural lube. Feels fairly real which was important to the wife. Negative: Ball strap broke within 30 seconds, so ripped it off and kept plugging. Being of average length (6") it fit fine, however I am thicker than average and have a large penis head, so when i had the extension on, the extension actually bent over slightly and you could see the "2nd head" shape, but who knows, maybe that added to the pleasure for the wife. Would like to find one that actually allowed for someone with a thicker base/head so the extension tapers better.

Ripped on the 1st use - cheap
Buy something else. The ring broke in about 10 seconds of action. Within 1 minute, the rest of the sleeve split in two. Horrible product.

The sleeve could use some sort of stiffing up. It has a bad way of folding in mid-stroke. Loved the added length and girth.

Um, prepare to use tweezers
To begin with, I was certainly a bit afraid of the extension. Wasn't sure how much more length was necessary for an evening of romance, but thought we'd give it a try. Don't bother. My husband's "hot rod" seemed to get trapped in the thing, and we tried everything to loosen it's grip. We had to spend a bit of time coaxing it off of him. It was a bit embarrasing for both of us, and we have since decided with use the length that the good Lord gave my man naturally. If you purchase prepare to invest in removal devices as well.

Too soft
It is too soft, bends at the wrong time, the shaft should be more rigid. A complete waste of my hard earned cash. Tried it only once, garbage can afterwards.
