No Pleasure
Me and my wife found this item to be useless. My wife has nice size nipples and she likes them to be stimulated. But this item did not stimulate her at all.

Just buy a bullet and hold it against your nipple. The jelly peice dulls the vibrations, and provides no suction or stimultion on it's own. I suppose it might work if you had huge nipples though. Also there doesn't seem to be any variance on speed.

Not just for the ladies...
Let me preface this by admitting that I'm a man. Yes, I'm a man who uses a nipple teaser. What happened is that I got this for my girlfriend, but she didn't like it. I said how bad can it be, and she said try it yourself. Long story short, I tried it and really enjoyed the feeling. I've always like having my nipples licked or sucked, not as much as getting a BJ of course but it's still a big turnon. I like this a lot, nothing like using this thing while my gf's busy tickling my balls wieh a wicked tongue. Try it out guys, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Aching nipples

Twist this!
I haven't had any problems getting hte teaser to stay into place; it all just depends on developing a good seal. And once it's in place I've really come to love the way it heightens the sensation in my nipples.

Not impressed
I think you need bigger nipples for this to work right. It did absolutely nothing for my nipples. It wouldn't even latch on. On the clitoris it did okay, but I still wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

It doesn't stay in place long enough
This item is fine to start "from scratch", although once the nipple is fully erect it won't stay in place. It's hands-free until then, but difficult to replace in position after. If you have large nipples, I don't recommend it; the best device for this use would be the Clit Pump.
